Martin Kilonzi Nzanga is a seasoned commercial and business transformation leader with over 18 years of experience delivering profitable growth across Africa’s emerging markets. He currently serves as Country Manager for Digittal EPS Holdings in Kenya and East Africa, alongside his role as Founder and Managing Consultant at Edgeleap Consultancy.

Through Edgeleap Consultancy, Martin leads complex business transformation and growth initiatives across the FMCG, Technology and FinTech sectors, partnering with organizations to design and execute strategies aligned to market realities and long-term value creation. His expertise spans business transformation and strategy, commercial excellence and P&L leadership, go-to-market execution, and leadership and capability development, with a proven track record of building scalable business models in diverse, multicultural environments across five African markets.
 

Martin holds an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute, a FinTech Certification from HarvardX, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance. He brings together strategic insight, operational rigor, and cultural intelligence to help organizations navigate complexity, scale sustainably, and successfully transition from traditional FMCG models to innovative, technology-driven businesses.
